Long ago there was a man named Pak Lebai. One day he received an invitation to a party from two people which was held on the same time. Pak Lebai is confused about which invitation to go to. He thought, if he went to a party upstream, the host would give him two buffalo heads. But if he went to a party downstream, he would be given a cooked buffalo head, and the host will provide his guests with extra cakes. So, he started rowing his boat. Suddenly, he changed his mind. He turned the boat to downstream. Arriving at the village upstream, the party is over. He quickly turns his boat to the village downstream. But the party was over too. Both parties had ended. Since then, Pak Lebai has received the nickname from the villagers as Pak Lebai Malang.
